Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification to ensure high quality standards.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for testing purposes, we understand the need for smaller sample orders. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
