Plain Surface Cast Iron 5.6 Grade Rail Shoulders are cast directly into concrete ties to facilitate the fixation of Elastic Rail Clips. These Iron Shoulders are manufactured using high-quality pearlitic malleable iron (M.C.I. Inserts) and spheroid graphite iron (S.G.C.I. Inserts), ensuring long-term durability and structural integrity under heavy rail loads.

We provide two primary configurations: Single Stem Iron Shoulders, which are predominantly utilized in pre-stressed concrete ties, and Twin Stem Iron Shoulders, which are specifically designed for Bi-Block or Twin Block concrete ties.

Our shoulder accessories are engineered for specific rail sections with precise design criteria. This ensures that the correct elastic clip toe loading is achieved consistently. Furthermore, selected shoulders feature milled weld area faces to assist in achieving superior weld integrity during installation.
