Our Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting Systems are strictly designed according to maximum wind speed, snow load, and specific solar panel requirements. This system ensures high strength while optimizing installation efficiency and labor costs. Foundations options include direct ground piling, ground screws, and cement piers.
The GM4 double column design supports both ground bolt and piling installations. Ground screw posts offer flexibility for height adjustments, while piling columns provide higher structural strength for demanding accuracy requirements.
The first step is anchoring the support structure to the ground using specialized drilling equipment. The screw depth is calibrated based on soil type to ensure system stability.
Connect the diagonal support poles to the top of the main posts using high-strength bolts and nuts to create a rigid framework.
Attach the solar panel support rails to the beams using specialized brackets and bolts. Precise leveling is required at this stage.
Secure the solar panels onto the rails using mounting hardware, ensuring each module is firmly fastened for long-term durability.
