Established in 2004, the facility operates two separate production lines focusing on orthopedic implants and instruments. Products are available under established brands or as OEM per requirements. The production environment features high-precision equipment including Germany DMG 5 Axis Machine Tool Centers, USA HASS 5 Axis Machine Tool Centers, Japanese Citizen and Star 9 Axis Longitudinal Turning and Milling Centers, and specialized NC grinding machines from Schutte and Rollomatic. A complete physical, chemical, and mechanical laboratory ensures quality, supported by a management system certified to ISO9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
